All items in our shop, other than gift cards, are returnable for store credit. You have 30 days after purchase to request a store credit refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused.

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If it is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact store@jomboymedia.com rather than going through the Happy Returns portal. We'll dive in and fix the issue right away, and can issue a refund to your credit card if necessary.
